SHIPPING 

Local orders

Paid orders are shipped through J&T express. Kindly allow 1-3 days for the item to be dispatched. Estimated time of delivery for Metro Manila and Luzon is 1-3 days, 5-7 days for Visayas and Mindanao. 

 

International orders

Shipping costs are roughly estimated and will still be reweighed, additional charges would apply for orders 1kg and up. All international orders are shipped via DHL with estimated delivery of 5-7 days. Kindly allow 1-3 days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. We only ship during Wednesdays & Saturdays.

 

Lost packages

Once the item has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Thus, refunds can't be issued. You may contact the courier with your provided tracking number.
